Resources: There were no best teacher guides or resources that I could find but one idea I  had was discussing the idea with kids of how one gets ”buried” in a good book in the library.

Why I loved it: It is a little different from the usual picture books I get. And totally different from any picture book I have read up till now. It is a hilarious poem book making fun of all the classics and twisting them into funny themes and plots. As you can see from the title list above it is a spoof on classics. A Parody. It had me smiling and laughing. A third grader would get the most out of this I think having been introduced to the usual poems and books by then. And any adult with even a high school reading level would end up laughing hysterically like I did.
